Find A Ritual
If people at work are getting on your nerves, and talking about it doesn't work or isn't possible, come up with a quick, relaxing ritual, says Mike Collins, who has presented programs on workplace effectiveness for companies ranging from American Express to IBM through his Raleigh, N.C.-based business, The Perfect Workday.
