The Vegas RC Raceway, has found by treating your customers like family, and rewarding them for being loyal to you, has made our customers repeat. Although we have been blessed with having awesome customers. I think all business should follow this rule. Some of our customers come on a daily basis to race R/C cars, so in return, we do raffles, and give free days out. Not only do our customers deserve this treatment, but it has been a huge success for us, and we actually enjoy doing it.
Your comment of re-evaluate your approach to customer service is so critical today. With the terrible economy good customer service is not good enough. If businesses are going to survive they need to amaze their customers. We think that starts by giving guests and easy way to provide real time feedback. Comment cards are dead. The only people that fill them out are lovers and haters. The other problem with them is most businesses don't have the time or people to tabulate the data and take action quickly! It's time for a Feedback Revolution!
excellent advice today when you have so many services the most important thing is to listen to you costumers,i found out that the business platform I'm currently using called www.sohoos.com
has the best costumer service i encounter,it is live support and available 24/7 on everything the system has to offer.
in the short term it is very expensive to have this kind of service especially in this free amazing one.
but I'm sure in the long run it will help this company to grow and have lots of busnises in their site.
they are giving everything that small buisnis need to grow and flourish.
