A new option for small-business owners with computer issues: AOL TechGuru offers 24/7 virtual tech support ranging from one-time fixes to ongoing support.

For entrepreneurs who can't afford an IT staff, AOL recently launched AOL TechGuru, providing remote, 24/7 tech support for small businesses with up to three computers.Business owners can choose from various services, including a quick fix to a computer problem for a $19.99 one-time fee; set-up on network, computers, phones and devices for a $59.99 one-time fee; on-call tech support, starting at a fee of $20 a month; protecting data, starting at $4.99 a month; and ongoing tech support, starting at $27.50 a month. Tech "gurus" make virtual house calls.
TechGuru plans to increase the number of computers covered over the next two quarters.
