Royal wedding watchers rush to buy Kate Middleton's wedding fragrance.A British small business is being inundated with orders, as word spreads among royal wedding watchers that Illuminum's White Gardenia Petals is the fragrance Kate Middleton wore on her wedding day. At an affordable $115, the fragrance sold out almost immediately after the news broke and currently has a two-week waiting list.

"Orders have come in from dozens of different countries, but most of our customers have come from the U.S. It's charming to think that so many people abroad are interested in the wedding," Illuminum spokesman Michael Donovan said in an interview with the Daily Mail.

Former celebrity hairdresser Michael Boadi started the Illuminum brand in 2007. His first line of fragrances, Boadicea The Victorious, attracted another famous fan: Michelle Obama bought three scents.

Of the new Duchess of Cambridge wearing his scent, Boadi said, "I am thrilled to pieces. I am absolutely honored."

Boadi isn't the only entrepreneur to benefit from royal wedding mania. The Wall Street Journal reports sales of everything from fascinators and cocktail hats to fruitcake are booming, thanks to Kate Middleton mimics.
