I'd like to steer anyone I can away from T Mobile if possible. No problem with their store in the Foothills Mall Tucson, nice representatives there, a shame people in their accounting department aren't that nice instead of being bonafide heartless aceholes. Having been in business and dealing with the general public I know how wicked, evil, and dishonest the public can be, I'm not one of them, I just want to be treated fair, T MOBILE IS NOT FAIR!!! I went through the mall on a Sunday night and since I was on a month to month with Verizon after my 2 year contract had expired I thought, "hmmm, let's see what T Mobile has to offer", what a freaking mistake that was. Again, sales people were very nice, the plan sounded good, I had them write me up. I headed home which is 40 miles from Tucson and for whatever reason, dead zone, interference from flying saucers, I don't know but I got home and had no service. My other service was discontinued as we fired up T Mobile, so I was counting on T Mobile and now I had NO service at all coming in, and occasionaly going out went dead on me. I spent all of Monday with tech doing this and that, taking out the battery, downloading the latest whatever, NOTHING HELPED! I called the store and they would try to call me and saw first hand that they could not get through to me. I have inter net music stations, I have a lot going on AND I NEED A PHONE and this became a horrible inconvenience. The store said, "please bring it in, we'll give you another, maybe that one is defective", so I drove 40 miles in, 40 miles back home, nothing changed. I spent the next day calling and seeking help and got no where. The store said, "hey, bring it back in, we'll change the card out in it", I drove 40 miles in, 40 miles out, nothing changed. Finally I said, "look, you've tried, I've gone alone with every effort to solve this problem, please allow me to cancel this program", they said ok. I went to Sprint, actually am paying more for the same service but no problems. Now I am being bombarded by T Mobile to pay them $46 for service I never enjoyed, they have turned it over to a collection agency that calls me 3 and 4 times a day relentlessly and NO ONE at T Mobile will listen to this story. I had heard from someone else that their accounting department is merciless and horrible to deal with and now I can verify that this is true so DO NOT be fooled by kind, considerate, and effecient sales people in a store, because after that you have to deal with their ruthless accounting department. Where in the world could you go and buy a product, it not work, take it back and not get a full refund?????? One of their reps on the phone today that got my hopes up at first, mentioned "buyers remorse". This doesn't have a damn thing to do with buyers remorse, this has to do with equipment and service that doesn't work, who the hell would pay for that??? and yet my spotless credit stands to be damaged by these bstrds. It you're a rep with T Mobile, then contact me at Warrenpeaceonu2@aol.com. I encourage you to file an action against me because I am going to turn up the heat on you and this unacceptible action.
My friend: Send a letter or fax a letter to T mobile describing all the problem. If u send a letter send under Postal Certificate. Because the courts and credentials recognize postal certificate as proof.
Also send a letter or fax to the collection that they don't contact you on the phone and they collect the bill through mail. This is a law. If u send a letter, send under U.P.C. They will immediately stop contacting you on the phone. Also send the copy of the letter to the credit credentials companies to take this item out of your credential. Also keep in mind, never buys in a hurry.
"over 27 Million Self Employed?" Well theirs our problem ! The Self Employed pay alot less Taxes thru all the Added Deductions they get ot take, just like the Bigger Companies..
Evertthing from Deducting Meals to Cars to so called Office supplies and the list goes on, with over 3,000 items IRS allows to be Tax Deductable ...
There's the real reason we don't have enough Tax $ comming in to pay our bills/Budgets..
And that $ is going to pay for Fancy Cars, Resturants , Airlines to who knows where instead..
And How about these Stock Traders/Investors/Brokers? They only have to pay 15% Taxes on the $ they make? You make $100,000 profit and you only have to pay 15% Taxes? and if you made it in less than 1 yr? you pay Short term gain taxes of only 28%? What's the Tax on making $100k On your Job? Betwn Fed, state and Socical Secuirty and Medicare taxes? Try over 35%
Bring back Paying ORDINARY TAXES on any Profits made from Investing.. and then we can lower the Corporate taxes! Hundreds of Big Companies have left and moved their "Headqtrs" to Ireland and/or Switzerland to pay 50% less Corp. taxes.. > Source: 60 min. TV story..
Nice Going Congress!
