Don't Forget Attorney's Fees

Every business contract should contain a clause that the client has to pay for attorney’s fees if the account goes into collection. If the clause is not included and you go to court, you won’t receive full payment, since a percentage of the retrieved monies will go to your lawyer. If a client refuses to sign such a contract, consider getting another client.
