Get It in Writing
Whether you're looking to employ people, rent a space or create licensing agreements for your product, as a business owner, you'll be dealing with contracts. But how do you make sure your contracts include what you need them to? To get an idea of the type of clauses and language commonly used in contracts, look at any previous agreements you've signed.

Any time you decide to make a business agreement with anyone, even a well known community official, you should get it in writing. In some states a handshake is a legal binding agreement. A contract is imperative in this day & age with our economy. There are also some shady businessmen & women out there who pray on people who are less informed when it comes to business. So, always get it in writing, if not, ask someone who is familiar with agreements or business clauses. My idea is one of the HOTTEST new products for the outdoors industry. I recently entered into an agreement with another outdoor icon who has stores in over 70 countries. It's called a Pen Fishing Rod. They are featured on AsSeenOnTv.com as well as a few other outdoor companies & web sites. It's a cleverly fabricated miniature fishing rod disguised as a Pen. It's only 7¾" closed or 4' 9" which is 57" in length when fully opened & comes with your choice of 9 different reels ranging from the world's smallest fly fishing reel to an equally fabulously designed variety of spinning reels both front & rear drag. Then we have the Goliath series rods which are 8" closed & 63" or 5' 3" fully opened and also come with your choice of 9 different reels.
