There are an estimated 27 million small businesses in the United States. And 27 Million and Counting is our attempt to capture as many of these unique, only-in-America success stories as we can. The premise is simple -- we give entrepreneurs 60 seconds to share their stories, in their own words. We hope they will inspire, inform and maybe make you laugh. This is Tonnie's story.

Thanks for the inspiration...Wink Energy Inc. is coming. Watch for us! Tired of the downturn, a group of us have joined forces to create a mega-company...even though everyone is broke. But this is America, where dreams come true. It is amazing how many door open when no one cares who gets credit and everyone has the same goal. Our volunteer list topped 90 people...we believe we will be a billion dollar company. Watch for us!
I don't care what kind of business someone has, what bugs me is people that open business in areas that are residential homes. Thise type businesses not only look TACKY, they can sure upset the neighbors who may not be too keen on putting up with parking and noise issues; Plus, they bring the value of other homes down at the same time. I blame the city zoning departments for allowing this to happen. I'm not talking about someone selling Avon, I'm talking about dentist, beauty shops, child care, acupuncture, nails, house cleaning..or any other type of business that attracts a lot of foot traffic.
