A couple of years ago I was a teacher, not making enough money, and hating all the hours I had to work. I have a blog that shows how you can end up with the same amazing home business that has me making serious money working less than 10 hours a week. This is real, not an internet scam, with a full money back guarantee. You can't imagine how good it feels to go from an underpaid employee to a financially independent entrepreneur able to take great vacations and do just about anything I want.

You have been reported, trashy spammer.
Dear, I take big pills with a tiny little bit food, 1/4 cookie, a small piece of cold cuts anything to get that sucker down. Try it, chew the food and with the last swallow down the pill.
Good luck...
Try the most complete liquid nutrition program available that has been physician formulated and independently clinically studied. Visit www.nutritionforlife.vemma.com and order you risk free month's supply of the very best supplement you can give your body. The answer is liquid, it is absorbed into your body at the rate of 98% versus a pill that is absorbed at the rate of 10-20%. It's not what is on the supplemental panel, it's what's on the supplemental panel that gets into your bloodstream.
Try crushing them with a spoon?!
or give your hard earned cash to this NYC broad and make Ms. Rich more rich.
Buy what is on sale! Crush it with a spoon and then Ms. Rich can go find a real job like the rest of us.
If the stupid drug companies would stop adding CALCIUM to their multivitamin tablets, there would be no problem swallowing them. Years ago we had easy to swallow gelcaps .... then they added the calcium which is what makes the pills so huge. You can take calcium chewables separately.
Why are the drug companies STUPID?
This is a great idea!! Not only do I hate swallowing pills, those pills often dont get broken down in your stomach. The older we get the harder it is for our system to break down vitamins. And gosh, I really would not take the time to crush a vitamin. And they would taste awful. I bet this product does not taste bad. And...honestly..I'd rather give this NY woman my money. You Go Girl.
I too have problem with vitanin pill getting stuck on the side of my throat. I break the pill into two, with my own hand. Why would I spend extra money to go with her idea? I can always use my hammer if I so decide.
Actually, from what I remember learning, it's a type of anxiety. It's a very strange issue not to be able to swallow a pill but able to swallow food. I'm one of those people. Well, actually, I have a phobia of swallowing pills in general, so I try to go for natural remedies or just crush up the pills, and although the powder tastes bad, I just get it over with. Plus, I take chewable vitamins. I wouldn't spend extra money on her stuff, personally.
I agree with you. I also have a hard time swallowing pills even though I do force myself. When I was young I put them in a spoonful of whipped cream. That way you don't even feel like you're taking pills and everyone can swallow whipped cream.
How do these people eat? Can't swallow pills sounds like a mental problem to me.
Hi Victor,
I too used to think it strange that some people couldn't swallow pills or vitamins until I had anterial spinal discectomy and fusion surgery...twice. That's where they cut open the front of your neck, pull your throat, vocal cords...basically all of the inside of your neck parts over to the side so they can get to the area on your spine that needs the surgery. After having that surgery, which, btw, was enough to cause mental problems, believe me, but it didn't. However, I still find that even though I used to be able to throw back a handful of vitamins with little water, now I can barley get half of one down without the dread of having it get stuck. Scar tissue builds up which makes it difficult to swallow. And yes, I do have to take smaller bites of food and chew more and even then it will feel like it's not going down but with some patience it does. So there ya go. The more a person knows the better they can understand! :)
I had the same surgery ... except is was for HALF of the discs in my neck. I have no issues (mental, or otherwise, including swallowing).
There is also an inexpensive gadget sold at drug stores. It's a pill splitter. A sharp metal edge is inside two plastic pieces. There's a place to hold the pill. You pull the two edges shut and it cuts the pill neatly in half. Small pills don't do well because they crumble.
I can see the vitamin powder being used in nursing homes and hospitals where they don't have time to be crushing lots of pills.
It would also be helpful to people who have arthritis in their hands or some other problem, like muscle weakness, who would appreciate having this already in powder form.
Try using a mortal and pestle. A mortar and pestle is a tool used to crush, grind, and mix solid substances (trituration). The pestle is a heavy bat-shaped object, the end of which is used for crushing and grinding. The mortar is a bowl, typically made of hard wood, marble, clay, or stone. The substance to be ground is placed in the mortar and ground, crushed or mixed with the pestle. I have a couple of these, both marble...Then I throw the ground vitamins into a smoothie!...Vicki
When I was young,I have experienced the same problem. My mum crumbed it with a spoon.I think today it still exsits for the children. It is a great step that someone begins to think for the users. But why did it come so late? Can't it be smaller when it is produced in the pharmaceutical factory!
Gummy Vites and Calcium Gummies are a great way for anyone (especially kids) to get their supplements. They even make Omega 3 gummies! I even take them - takes the guilt out of enjoying a gummy candy :) Your son will enjoy them.
I think it is a good Idea....My son cannot swallow large pills, and for those of you who think it is a mental problem your wrong. ( thought the same thing for some time) I was told by our Doctor, that some people have a slightly smaller (narrow) esophugus compared to others making taking a larger pill difficult.
As for those of you who "break" your pills and vitamins, remember a lot of meds are time released, they disolve slowly and if you break one of these you can overwhelm your body with a medication that it was supposed absorb throughout the day (like a blood pressure pill) so please becareful, and ask your doc or pharmasist before you break them up...
Just my oppinion here.....
