Damages to local businesses are still being assessed after last night's Lakers riots in Los Angeles. Thousands of fans took to the streets and celebrated the Los Angeles Lakers 16th NBA championship by breaking windows, setting fires, jumping on cars and throwing bottles on the streets.

Customers in one city restaurant began throwing bottles, overturning tables and stealing bottles of liquor, while a shoe store was looted, according to reports. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed at least 38 arrests around the city and multiple injuries stemming from the Lakers win over the Boston Celtics in Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
